Scheduled or On demand Tours
We have been doing Vivid Lights each year and offer personalized tours as well as scheduled tours through our partners
Tuesdays & Thursdays are our preferred day tours which allow you to avoid the busy weekend crowds
Saturday - We offer our small group tours (Maximum 8 people applies)
Tuesday Tours will visit Darling Harbour where your dinner cruise departs King Street Wharf
Wednesday & Thursday Tours will arrive near Sydney Opera House & Circular Quay - enabling our previous years Vivid tour guests to experience a new precinct
Vivid Lights 2023- Enquiries are now open for all private and scheduled tours for 2023 SAVE on WAT2DU private* tours if booked before April 2022 (*small group 10-12 people)
Bookings for 20+ will attract group discount beyond those promoted. This discount will appear automatically when booked online
Dinner Options
- You have 2 hours prior to our Cruise departure to find somewhere to dine at your leisure
- With so many dining options available on Sydney' foreshore we want you to immerse your taste buds however you choose
- Dinner cruises operate a set menu and where the tour includes any dinner cruise we will provide menu information where available
Private Tours
- When you already have a group please contact us for available offers and group bookings
Terms & Cancellations
- Minimum number of 7 per tour applies for all scheduled tours
- For reservations we need deposit to hold your seat or full payment if attending for dinner cruises
- Deposits will be refunded if one week before the departure time the minimum number of persons for the tour was not achieved 14 days prior to departure the balance remaining is due
- Cancellations are possible within 7 days after the booking has been made
- No cancellations are permitted after 7 days however date changes are possible subject to availability
- Groups can book through your wat2du booking agent or contact us - if booking groups online please email names of all passengers to bookings@wat2du.com after you have made your online booking - at-least 7 days before date of departure
- Group discounts apply for bookings of 20 or more travelers and includes luxury coach transfers & cruise
- A cruise deposit per person is required to guarantee your spot
- Balance is required at least 2 weeks prior to departure
- Past traveler guarantees are only available for the first group of 20 people booked on the same tour for any scheduled tour
- Name changes are permitted anytime, however no refunds are offered
